Let it SNOW!

Last year I did a big ole post about how to correctly cut out a snowflake.  This year I'll leave you the link if you'd like to know more and let you enjoy the ones we just cut out.  (The main difference between last year and this year is that we used regular computer paper instead of tracing paper... computer paper is harder for the kids to cut through so I did the majority of the cutting this time around.)

How about snowflake books?
Snowflake Bentley by Jacqueline Briggs Martin , I adore this book.
Zoo Flakes ABC by Will C. Howell, such fun to look at but may be difficult to find.

Then there are Wilson Bentley's photographs of snowflakes in
Snowflakes in Photographs by W. A. Bentley
Snow Crystals by W. A. Bentley
AMAZING!!!  STUNNING!!! I'm blown away by these photos.  Who wants to visit the museum with me someday?  Here's a link to the official Snowflake Bentley site if you'd like to visit.
