Craft Lake City (part 1)

It's been one of those summers where I took on WAY too much and have been paying for it.  For example I was accepted as one of the exhibitors at Craft Lake City, in Salt Lake City (it's Utah's DIY festival).  I was THRILLED to be accepted... and then I started sewing and sewing and sewing.

Anyway it takes place on Saturday August 11th (Noon- 10) it's free to the public.  It's going to be awesome!

Since my life is crazy getting ready for this event (and fitting in a trip to NY to see my to be born... meaning any second now, nephew before Craft Lake City) Whitney's letting me off easy with bloggy stuff.  I'm just going to post pictures of stuff I'm making.  More for Whit's benefit than anything, she's been so curious to how it's all coming together.

Today is LIBRARY BAGS!  Mama size and smally size matching sets.  :)  Anyone who buys a bag will get a previously loved book for free (their choice, of course).

Here's a sampling of the bags I've made.  I've mostly used second hand and vintage fabric (some from old skirts and curtains) to create these.

Sometime in the near future I'm certain I'll giveaway a set here too!
